Eccentrico with Forniture Pallotta
Forniture Pallotta opens its new studio at BiM Milano in collaboration with Eccentrico and Elmar.
Forniture Pallotta is an artistic project that uses food as a sensory, cultural, and symbolic tool. Through edible installations, immersive dining experiences, and performances, the project invites reflection on the emotional and relational value of convivial gestures, transforming the act of eating into a poetic and ritualistic experience.
The studio inaugurates its new space within BiM – Milano Bicocca, creating a space that transcends the traditional boundaries between cuisine, art, and design. A place where food becomes an expressive language and space is transformed into a creative gesture, thanks to a vision that intertwines matter, rituality, and narration.
Eccentrico contributes to the creation of the kitchen with the Beat collection, interpreted in a contemporary key, with a palette of pastel colors carefully selected according to the latest trends in interior design. The structures chosen allow for material and chromatic customization of the space, creating visual and three-dimensional movements that give rhythm and character to the surfaces, in perfect harmony with the studio's experimental vocation.
The kitchen thus loses its traditional domestic dimension to become an artistic laboratory, a table-set on which food is designed, composed, observed, and transformed. A place to live, pass through, and activate.
